Comment: on this page, English texts are only for reference; most of the titles mentioned here are in German, foreign titles appear as German translations. On this page we organised our titles into four categories as follows: titles in category I and titles in category II are structured regarding histroical events during such ‘time periods’ . Titles in category A. and titles in category B. are ‘subject’-catalogued / structured as Political History – titles. However, that could also mean, that titles in Category A and Category B refer to contents related to these two time periods 1848 – 1918 and 1918 – 1933. Either way, there shall be no duplication in titles or other counts.

I. Time period 1848 – 1918:

This category includes 32 titles, originally published before and during WWI, here shown in a selection with some titles in a brief author/short title list***: the first five titles covers contents about historical events happened before the year 1871, but published after this year 1871. Not included within this category time period 1848 – 1918, are titles and quantities from our Proletarische Frauenbewegung collections, we would never include title duplications in our counts.
